ACCESS POINT

We are a network of strategic management consultants, group dynamics facilitators, and event managers, passionate about supporting individuals in accessing alignment with their organizations' missions through engagement, connection, dialogue, purpose, and fun.

After more than a decade conducting a myriad of strategic management consulting projects for all sectors in Puerto Rico, US, Latin America, and the Caribbean, we confirmed time after time, that the best and most successful implementations could only occur when people inside client organizations worked together

to talk and align on vision and objectives.

Moreover, we care deeply for the individuals that compose those organizations. We know that when people feel engaged and have a sense of belonging, then they are loyal and they fight for their organizations and their teams' needs. We also know that having friends at work is one of the main reasons people stay in their organizations.

We believe that well-designed offsite events can help in bringing down communication barriers and create shared visions of the future, while providing access to team connection and strategic alignment.

Our Methodology

Diagnostic Interviews

Our customized experiences require having a deeper understanding of our clients' current team interactions, needs, and challenges, as well as strategic and operational objectives. To do so, we find it valuable to have 30-mins virtual interviews with leaders and key personnel to be served prior to the events.

Design

The assigned offsite planners and facilitators design a unique agenda that serves the client's team in accessing their next step and that is in sync with our clients' budget . Our team meets with client leaders to align on offsite event objectives and approach.

PLANNING

Our meeting planners proceed to coordinate all venues, accommodation, and other vendors to ensure and amazing experience for our clients. Our expert facilitators plan team building activities and work sessions required by our clients. Our team also meet with client leaders to align on roles and expectations.

On Point Execution

Our team ensures each activity is carried out with the upmost attention to detail. At our events, not only team members have amazing experiences, but they also end up talking the same language and taking ownership for joint plans for their future. 

Debrief

Two weeks after the event, our event facilitators conduct a 1 hr. debrief meeting with the client's team leaders to discuss offsite results and align on accountability measures that ensure the sustained progress of the team's performance.
